目的：观察灯盏细辛和灯盏花素者在治疗心脑血管疾病的疗效比较。方法将病例分为灯盏细辛组和灯盏花素组，观察两组治疗心脑血管疾病时的住院天数、住院费用、疗效和症状治愈时间。结果两组总体有效率分别为92.5％和97.4％（ P＞0.05），但在药物经济学方面，灯盏细辛组（536.89＋39.00元）明显低于灯盏花素组（705.59＋53.55元）；而在治疗心悸症状缓解时间方面，灯盏花素组优于灯盏细辛组。差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论在心脑血管疾病方面，灯盏细辛和灯盏花素在疗效、不良反应发生率和经济性相当。
목적：관찰등잔세신화등잔화소자재치료심뇌혈관질병적료효비교。방법장병례분위등잔세신조화등잔화소조，관찰량조치료심뇌혈관질병시적주원천수、주원비용、료효화증상치유시간。결과량조총체유효솔분별위92.5％화97.4％（ P＞0.05），단재약물경제학방면，등잔세신조（536.89＋39.00원）명현저우등잔화소조（705.59＋53.55원）；이재치료심계증상완해시간방면，등잔화소조우우등잔세신조。차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론재심뇌혈관질병방면，등잔세신화등잔화소재료효、불량반응발생솔화경제성상당。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Erigeron Breviscapus injection and breviscapine in the treat-ment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.METHODS The cases were divided into erigeron breviscapus group and breviscapine group, hospitalization days, cost of hospitalization, treatment effect and cure time were ob-served and compared between two groups.RESULTS The overall effective rate of the two groups were 92.5%and 97.4%( P>0.05) ,but in the pharmacoeconomic aspects,erigeron breviscapus group (536.89+39.00) was signif-icantly lower than that of breviscapine group ( 705.59 +53.55 );and in the cure time of palpitation, breviscapine group was better than the erigeron breviscapus group.The differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ).CONCLUSION In the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,there are no siguificant differ-ence in the field of adverse reaction rate,economy and effectiveness between erigeron breviscapus and breviscapine.
