采用添加晶种和表面活性剂,通过水热晶化的方法合成了小晶粒 NaY 型分子筛,考察了铝源、硅源、表面活性剂、水等用量对 NaY 型分子筛合成的影响。采用 XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM、XRF 等手段对合成的分子筛进行了表征。结果表明:在合成体系中各组成的摩尔比 n(Na2O):n(Al2O3):n(SiO2):n(H2O)=2.5:0.3:6.7:192.4的条件下,制备出的 NaY 型分子筛与常规 NaY 型分子筛的 XRD 谱图基本一致,且比表面积高达858 m2/g;SEM结果显示,NaY 型分子筛呈小晶粒聚集态,粒径在100~300 nm。

By adding seed and surfactant, zeolite NaY with small crystal size was synthesized by the method of hydrothermal crystallization,and effects of aluminum source amount,silicon source amount, surfactant amount,and H2O amount on the preparation of NaY were investigated. And prepared NaY was characterized by XRD,XRF,SEM and N2adsorption.The results show that XRD spectra of NaY with small crystal and conventional NaY are basically the same; the specific surface of the NaY prepared in the mole ratio of n(Na2O):n(Al2O3):n(SiO2):n(H2O) =2.5:0.3:6.7:192.4 can reach to 858 m2/g. The results of SEM indicate that the zeolite NaY is coalescence shape of small crystal size, and the particle size is between 100~300 nm.
