目的:探讨参麦注射液对肺心病患者血流动力学和心功能的影响。方法144例肺心病患者随机分为对照组(n=72)和观察组(n=72),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用参麦注射液,14d为1个疗效,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(94.45% VS 81.94%,P<0.05);两组患者全血黏度和红细胞黏度均有下降(P<0.05),但观察组下降幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后,左心室收缩功能和舒张功能均有所改善(P<0.05),但观察组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液可改善肺心病患者血流动力学指标,改善心、肺功能,增强心脏收缩力,提高机体耐缺氧能力和抗应激能力,对患者预后具有重要价值。

목적:탐토삼맥주사액대폐심병환자혈류동역학화심공능적영향。방법144례폐심병환자수궤분위대조조(n=72)화관찰조(n=72),대조조급여상규치료,관찰조재상규치료기출상가용삼맥주사액,14d위1개료효,비교량조림상료효。결과관찰조총유효솔현저고우대조조(94.45% VS 81.94%,P<0.05);량조환자전혈점도화홍세포점도균유하강(P<0.05),단관찰조하강폭도고우대조조(P<0.05);량조환자경치료후,좌심실수축공능화서장공능균유소개선(P<0.05),단관찰조개선경위명현(P<0.05)。결론삼맥주사액가개선폐심병환자혈류동역학지표,개선심、폐공능,증강심장수축력,제고궤체내결양능력화항응격능력,대환자예후구유중요개치。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of Shenmai injection treatment of pulmonary heart disease on heartfunctionandbloodstreamdynamics.METHODS 144casesofpulmonaryheartdiseaseweredividedintocon-trol group(n=72) and observation group(n=72).Control group was treated with routine therapy,and observation group was treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of control group.After 14 days, the effect was com-pared.RESULTS The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (94.45%VS 81.94%,P<0.05).Blood viscosity and packed cell viscosity had dropped significantly than that in observation group(P<0.05).The cardiac systolic and diastolic functions were improved in two groups(P<0.05), but observation group improved degree better than control group significantly( P<0.05).CONCLUSION Shenmai injection can improve heart function and blood stream dynamics,and gain the good results on the prognosis of pulmo-nary heart disease.
