目的：探讨小儿脓毒症患儿血清降钙素原（PCT）、白介素-6（IL-6）、全血超敏 C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞计数（WBC）在小儿脓毒症的诊断价值。方法选择ICU危重患者89例，根据国际儿科脓毒症会议制定的标准，脓毒症组47例，非脓毒症组42例。检测比较两组间 PCT、IL-6、CRP、WBC，将两组数据进行统计学分析。结果脓毒症组PCT、IL-6、CRP显著高于非脓毒症组（P＜0.01），但组间 WBC计数差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；PCT对小儿脓毒症的敏感性、特异性、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均较高于其他各个检测指标。结论 WBC计数不能作为小儿脓毒症的诊断指标；与WBC、CRP、IL-6相比较，PCT是检测小儿脓毒症最灵敏的指标；PCT和IL-6可作为小儿脓毒症的疗效评估。
목적：탐토소인농독증환인혈청강개소원（PCT）、백개소-6（IL-6）、전혈초민 C-반응단백（CRP）、백세포계수（WBC）재소인농독증적진단개치。방법선택ICU위중환자89례，근거국제인과농독증회의제정적표준，농독증조47례，비농독증조42례。검측비교량조간 PCT、IL-6、CRP、WBC，장량조수거진행통계학분석。결과농독증조PCT、IL-6、CRP현저고우비농독증조（P＜0.01），단조간 WBC계수차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）；PCT대소인농독증적민감성、특이성、준학솔、양성예측치、음성예측치균교고우기타각개검측지표。결론 WBC계수불능작위소인농독증적진단지표；여WBC、CRP、IL-6상비교，PCT시검측소인농독증최령민적지표；PCT화IL-6가작위소인농독증적료효평고。
OBJECTIVE To explore the values of serum Procalcitonin(PCT),Interleukin-6(IL-6).C-reactive protein(CRP)levelsandWhitebloodcell(WBC)countfordiagnosisofchildrenwithsepsis.METHODS 89of children who entered into PICU treatment.were divided into two groups: Sepsis group and Non-sepsis group.According to the diagnostic criteria of ACCP/SCM Conference,The PCT,IL-6,CRP and WBC level of the two groups were determined and compared with each other.RESULTS Compared to Non-sepsis group,Serum Procalci-tonin,Interleukin-6,C-reactive protein levels of Sepsis group had significant difference (P>0.05),and it was not significant difference of white blood cell levels.The specificity Sensitivity, Accuracy, Positive predictive value and Negative predictive value of PCT were higher than other projects.CONCLUSION WBC count was not be the diag-nostic indicators of sepsis in children.Compared with WBC count,CRP and IL-6,PCT may reflect the most sensitive indicators of sepsis in children,PCT and IL-6 can be used as clinical assessment of sepsis in Children.
