高温煤焦油是一种缩合程度高、稠环芳烃含量高、金属及机械杂质含量高的劣质原料,常规固定床加氢技术难以直接加工。采用沸腾床加氢和固定床加氢组合工艺方案,直接加工高温煤焦油全馏分,并在实验室中试装置上进行了考察试验。试验结果表明,该组合工艺不仅大大提高了煤焦油的利用率,保证了装置长周期稳定运转,并且可以生产清洁的石脑油和柴油组分,是提高企业经济效益的有效途径之一。

High-temperature coal tar is inferior material with high content of metal, mechanical impurities and polycyclic aromatic. Besides, its condensation degree is too high to be taken as the feed of fixed-bed directly. In the paper, the integration technology of ebullated-bed and fixed-bed was adopted to directly process the whole fraction of high-temperature coal tar, meanwhile, pilot tests were carried out. The results indicate that the integration technology can raise the utilization rate of coal tar, keep the unit operate stably, and ultimately produce clean naphtha and diesel;the technology is also one of the effective ways to increase economic returns.
