老年患者择期全麻髋关节置换40例，A S AⅠ级～Ⅲ级。分为加温毯组（T组）和对照组（N组）。观察麻醉诱导后（T1）、麻醉后30min（T2）、60min（T3）、90min（T4）、手术结束（T5）、送返病房（T6）时的体温、液体入量、尿量、输血量、引流量和寒战情况。T3时体温，T组无明显下降，N组下降1℃，与基础比较及组间比较均有显著差异。液体入量、失血量及引流量组间无差异，输血例数和寒战发生率N组显著多于T组；尿量T组显著多于N组。此类手术应用充气式加温毯，可避免术中低体温，减少输血和术后寒战发生，增加患者尿量。
노년환자택기전마관관절치환40례，A S AⅠ급～Ⅲ급。분위가온담조（T조）화대조조（N조）。관찰마취유도후（T1）、마취후30min（T2）、60min（T3）、90min（T4）、수술결속（T5）、송반병방（T6）시적체온、액체입량、뇨량、수혈량、인류량화한전정황。T3시체온，T조무명현하강，N조하강1℃，여기출비교급조간비교균유현저차이。액체입량、실혈량급인류량조간무차이，수혈례수화한전발생솔N조현저다우T조；뇨량T조현저다우N조。차류수술응용충기식가온담，가피면술중저체온，감소수혈화술후한전발생，증가환자뇨량。
To evaluate the effects of forced‐air warming blanket in hip replacement in elderly patients .Forty patients (ASAⅠ ~ Ⅲ) scheduled for single hip replacement with general anesthesia were divided into 2 groups:forced‐air warming group (T) and control group (N) .During operation ,nasopharyngeal temperature was recorded at the following point :after induction (T1 ) ,30min (T2 ) ,60min (T3 ) ,90min (T4 ) after anesthesia ,end of surgery (T5 ) and time to back to the word (T6 ) .Transfusion volume ,urine output ,blood transfusion ,draining and shiver in PACU were also recorded .In group N , the nasopharyngealtemperature decreased significantly at T3 ,but in group T it remained normal .Transfusion volume and draining were comparable between groups ,but there were more patients in group N received blood transfusion than group T .There was statistical significance difference in urine output and in the incidence of shiver between groups .The forced‐air warming blanket was efficient in in hip replacement in older patients ,and it helps keeping temperature ,decreasing incidence of shiver and blood transfusion ,and it also helps increasing urine output .
