目的：通过现况调查，了解高职护生在校期间抑郁和焦虑的情况，探讨有效的干预措施。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法，在某高职院校护理专业学生中，使用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、青少年生活事件量表进行抑郁和焦虑情况筛查，并对相关影响因素进行分析。结果高职护生的抑郁和焦虑的影响因素中，专业态度、实习态度、专业自信三个自变量与抑郁的发生相关（P＜0．05），生活事件与抑郁和焦虑的发生有显著相关（ P＜0．001）。结论高职护生在校期间焦虑和抑郁等心理问题普遍存在；高职院校应根据相关影响因素采取有效的干预措施，促进护生的心理健康。

Objective Through a survey about higher vocational nursing students in school during thedepression and anxiety situation , explore effective interventions .Methods Of stratified cluster sampling method was used, in nursing specialty students in higher vocational colleges using self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale , teenage life events scale screening for depression and anxiety , and an analysis of the relevant factors.Results Of vocational nursing students 'depression and anxiety influence factors , professional attitude , the attitude, the professional confidence of three independent variables related to depression (P<0.05), life events and occurrence of depression and anxiety were significantly related (P<0.001).Conclusions In higher vocational nursing students in school during the widespread psychological problems such as anxiety and depression;higher vocational colleges shall be based on the relevant factors affecting the adoption of effective interventions , promoting the mental health of nursing students .
