当前，水资源匮乏使得水利工程成为社会发展必不可少的一项工程，而水利工程设计是整个工程的关键。为了保障水利工程的顺利发展，加强水利工程的设计是首要问题。对水利工程设计中存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的改进措施，希望对我国水利工程的建设起到一定的借鉴作用。
