患者对就医过程中医疗环境的感受和评价会影响其后续的就医行为意向，进而影响医院的发展。调查结果显示，患者后续就医行为意向与其性别、就医类型、可感知到医院实力、医院环境、医院的信息公开化程度以及患者对医生技术能力的信任程度均存在相关。提高患者的后续就医行为，不仅需要提高医生的技术实力，还需注重对医院声誉的提高，改善医院环境，增加对医院、医生的宣传力度，扩大医院的信息公开化程度，以促进医院的进一步发展。
환자대취의과정중의료배경적감수화평개회영향기후속적취의행위의향，진이영향의원적발전。조사결과현시，환자후속취의행위의향여기성별、취의류형、가감지도의원실력、의원배경、의원적신식공개화정도이급환자대의생기술능력적신임정도균존재상관。제고환자적후속취의행위，불부수요제고의생적기술실력，환수주중대의원성예적제고，개선의원배경，증가대의원、의생적선전력도，확대의원적신식공개화정도，이촉진의원적진일보발전。
The feeling and evaluation of the medical environment will affect the follow‐up medical behavioral intention of patients .The results of this study revealed that the follow‐up behavioral intention of patients was significantly related to the gender of patient ,the hospitalized type ,the power of the hospital ,the environment ,the degree of public information and the trust of patient in the doctor technical ability .Improving the patient's follow‐up medical behavior ,does not only need improving the doctor's technical strength ,but also needs to improve the hospital reputation ,environment ,increase publicity for hospitals ,doctors ,expand the degree of information openness to promote the development of the hospital .
