随着医学科学的飞速发展，国内的医学教育远远不能满足当前的临床需求。由于传染性疾病是一门多系统交叉学科，具有明显的季节性和地域性特征，目前传统的教育模式———包括授课式教学和问题导向的教学模式———在传染病的临床教学过程中仍有许多不足之处。本文针对基于框架的教学模式在临床教学中的运用进行探讨。以教学纲要、教学氛围、教学方法为着手点，强调对学生自主学习意识和创新思维能力的培养，为传染性疾病的临床教学提供经验。

With the rapid development of medical science ,the medical education can not meet the needs of clinical demand in our country .Communicable disease is an interdisciplinary field which forms to have seasonal and regional characteristics . There are still obvious disadvantages in the traditional teaching mode .The study is to start from the points of teaching syllabus ,teaching atmosphere and teaching method ,lay emphasis on the ability of autonomous learning and innovative thought ,in order to explore some valuable experience of frame‐based openness learning model .
