变化发展的观点是唯物辩证法的一个原理。结合并运用该原理指导临床麻醉工作，要求麻醉医师在实际中将患者的生理及病理生理变化过程如实地看成一个变化发展的过程，准确把握患者在麻醉过程中所处的阶段和地位，从而达到更有效、舒适、安全的麻醉效果，同时有利于我们临床麻醉科研创新思维的成长。因此，灵活运用马克思主义辩证法变化发展的原理来认识、分析临床麻醉过程中患者的状况及解决出现的问题，指导临床麻醉及科研工作，使临床麻醉得到更进一步的发展，是一个科学的好方法。

Changing development view is a principle of materialist dialectics .Combined with the principle to guide clinical anesthesia ,which needs anesthetist to take the physiological and pathophysiology change process of the patient faithfully as a process of changing in the process of actual ,and can accurately understand the patients at the stage and status w here in the process of anesthesia .So as to achieve more efficiency ,comfortable and safe anesthetic effects ,and also for the benefits of the growth of scientific research and creative thinking in our clinical anesthesia .Therefore ,flexibility in the use of the principle of Marxism dialectics to cognition and analyzing the patient's condition in the process of clinical anesthesia and solving the problems ,which guides the clinical anesthesia and research work ,and make clinical anesthesia further development is a good method of science .
