研究促甲状腺激素受体(TSHR)mRNA在甲状腺癌诊断中的意义。选取52例甲状腺癌患者,28例良性甲状腺疾病患者和7例健康对照。以实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测外周血 TSHR mRNA的相对表达量。甲状腺癌患者外周血TSHR mRNA的相对表达量(2.682±1.030)明显高于良性甲状腺疾病(1.233±0.332)(P<0.05)。TSHR mRNA的相对表达量与甲状腺癌患者的性别有关(P<0.05),与年龄无关(P>0.05)。但乳头状癌患者TSHR mRNA水平与淋巴结转移,肿瘤大小,侵犯包膜的情况无关(P>0.05)。TSHR mRNA诊断甲状腺癌的准确性、特异性、阳性和阴性预测值分别为86.54%、78.57%、88.23%、75.86%。TSHR mRNA 可作为甲状腺癌早期诊断的良好肿瘤分子标志物。

To study TSHR mRNA may play an important role in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer .The expression of TSHR mRNA was evaluated by real‐time fluorescent quantitative PCR in the peripheral blood of 52 thyroid cancer patients ,28 benign patients and 7 healthy volunteers .TSHR mRNA levels thyroid cancer group in blood were significantly higher than in benign thyroid disease group (P<0 .05);In cancer group ,TSHR mRNA was associated with patients'sex (P<0 .05) , but not correlated with age (P>0 .05) .In PTC cancer group ,there were no significantly differences between the patients who have lymph node metastasis or those who are not (P>0 .05) .TSHR mRNA expression was also not correlated with tumor size ,tumor invasion and metastasis (P> 0 .05) .TSHR mRNA may serve as a potential specific indicator for predicting thyroid cancer .
