目的探讨绩效考核在妇科病房管理中的应用。方法对实施绩效考核前后护理工作质量、患者满意度进行比较，分析实施绩效考核对护理质量和患者满意度的影响。结果护理质量、患者满意度均有显著性差异(<0.05)。结论绩效考核有利于调动护理人员的工作积极性，提升其综合素质和工作绩效，从而有效提高护理质量和患者的满意度。

목적탐토적효고핵재부과병방관리중적응용。방법대실시적효고핵전후호리공작질량、환자만의도진행비교，분석실시적효고핵대호리질량화환자만의도적영향。결과호리질량、환자만의도균유현저성차이(<0.05)。결론적효고핵유리우조동호리인원적공작적겁성，제승기종합소질화공작적효，종이유효제고호리질량화환자적만의도。
Objective To probe into the relationship among performance assessment,patients'satisfaction and nursing quality so as to improve the quality of gynaecological nursing.Methods Comparison of before and after the implementation of the performance appraisal of nursing quality, patient satisfaction, analysis of the impact of the implementation of the performance appraisal of the quality of care and patient satisfaction.Results Nursing quality, patient satisfaction has significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion Performance appraisal is helpful to arouse the work enthusiasm of nursing staf , improve their comprehensive quality and work performance, so as to ef ectively improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction.
