目的探讨急性百草枯中毒的器官损伤程度，分型及预后。方法通过对我院25例急性百草枯口服中毒病例资料进行回顾性分析，以器官损伤程度进行分型，探讨分型号与预后的关糸。结果25例急性百草枯中毒病例中，轻度中毒10例，无死亡病例，中度中毒8例，死亡4例，重度中毒7例，死亡5例。轻度与中度，重度死亡率差异有统计学意义，(<0.01)。结论急性百草枯中毒机制及临床特点很复杂，对能准确地掌握临床分型对中毒患者的抢救，评估预后有重要的意义。

목적탐토급성백초고중독적기관손상정도，분형급예후。방법통과대아원25례급성백초고구복중독병례자료진행회고성분석，이기관손상정도진행분형，탐토분형호여예후적관사。결과25례급성백초고중독병례중，경도중독10례，무사망병례，중도중독8례，사망4례，중도중독7례，사망5례。경도여중도，중도사망솔차이유통계학의의，(<0.01)。결론급성백초고중독궤제급림상특점흔복잡，대능준학지장악림상분형대중독환자적창구，평고예후유중요적의의。
Objective To investigate the ciegree of orgam damage in acute paraguat.poisoming,typing and prognos. Methods Through to our hospital is cuses of acute puraguat poisoning were studied retrospectively'to the ciegree of organ clamage were classified'a discussion on classification and prognostic relation. Results 25 Case of acute paraguat poisoning case,Tomild case,nodeath disese columns,8 cases of moderate poisoning,4 cases of death,7 cases of severe poisorning,5 cases of death,mild and moderate,severe mortality difrevence hand statistical significance. Conclusion Clinical features of acute paraquat poisoning mechanism is very complicated can accurately grasp the clinical significant prognostic clasification of poisoning patients.
