探讨富血小板纤维蛋白（PRF）与Bio‐Oss骨粉联合应用在牙周植骨术中的临床效果。选择完成牙周基础治疗的患者60颗患牙。基础治疗后6周（基线）记录临床检查指标。将所有患牙随机分为两组，每组30颗，一组骨缺损处填充PRF和Bio‐Oss骨粉（E组）；另一组骨缺损处填充Bio‐Oss骨粉（C组）。术后6个月复查，分别记录各组临床指标。观察术后6个月各指标变化，统计分析各组手术治疗前后及两组间的差异。E组牙周探诊深度（PD ）和附着丧失（A L ）的降低均优于C组（P＜0．01）。PRF与Bio‐Oss骨粉联合植骨术对治疗牙周炎骨缺损有良好的临床效果。

To observe the clinical effects of platelet‐rich fibrin and Bio‐Oss in bone grafts .60 patients with periodontitis (60 teeth) who had finished initial periodontal therapy were chosen .After 6 week of initial periodontal therapy which was defined as baseline ,the clinical parameters were checked and recorded on baseline .These teeth were divided into two groups randomly with 30 teeth in every group .One group implanted with Bio‐Oss and PRF (E) and the rest with Bio‐Oss alone as the control group (C) .The clinical indicators were checked and recorded at the 6 month postoperatively .Both groups showed significant improvement (P<0 .01) in BI ,PD and AL ,the improvement in the Bio‐Oss with PRP group was significant greater than in the Bio‐Oss group (P<0 .01) .Treatment of periodontal bone defects with Bio‐Oss and PRF results in significant improvements of clinical effect .
