利用传统高温固相法合成了一种新颖的绿色荧光粉Ba9 Lu2 Si6 O24∶Eu2+。通过X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对已得荧光粉样品进行了结构表征;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了样品的形貌;利用激发、发射谱系统地研究了样品的荧光特性。结果表明:样品在紫外-蓝光(250~480 nm)区域有很好的吸收,并在375 nm激发下,得到505 nm处明显的宽绿光发射带。这些结果说明:Ba9 Lu2 Si6 O24∶Eu2+荧光粉是一种很有应用前景的白光LED用绿色荧光粉。
利用傳統高溫固相法閤成瞭一種新穎的綠色熒光粉Ba9 Lu2 Si6 O24∶Eu2+。通過X-射線粉末衍射儀(XRD)對已得熒光粉樣品進行瞭結構錶徵;通過掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察瞭樣品的形貌;利用激髮、髮射譜繫統地研究瞭樣品的熒光特性。結果錶明:樣品在紫外-藍光(250~480 nm)區域有很好的吸收,併在375 nm激髮下,得到505 nm處明顯的寬綠光髮射帶。這些結果說明:Ba9 Lu2 Si6 O24∶Eu2+熒光粉是一種很有應用前景的白光LED用綠色熒光粉。
이용전통고온고상법합성료일충신영적록색형광분Ba9 Lu2 Si6 O24∶Eu2+。통과X-사선분말연사의(XRD)대이득형광분양품진행료결구표정;통과소묘전자현미경(SEM)관찰료양품적형모;이용격발、발사보계통지연구료양품적형광특성。결과표명:양품재자외-람광(250~480 nm)구역유흔호적흡수,병재375 nm격발하,득도505 nm처명현적관록광발사대。저사결과설명:Ba9 Lu2 Si6 O24∶Eu2+형광분시일충흔유응용전경적백광LED용록색형광분。
A novel green-emitting Ba9 Lu2 Si6 O24∶Eu2+ phosphor was synthesized by conventional solid-state re-action method. The phase formation of as-prepared samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) . The particle morphology was determined by scanning electron microscope ( SEM) . Photoluminescence excita-tion and emission spectra indicated that the phosphor could be eficiently excited by UV-blue light (250~480 nm), and presented broad green emission. The result indicated that Ba9Lu2Si6O24∶Eu2+ would be a promising green-emitting phosphor for white LEDs.
