目的:探讨艾可胶囊成型工艺。方法考察不同辅料对浸膏粉吸湿性的影响,优选辅料并考察混合粉末的吸湿性、休止角、堆密度。结果艾可胶囊浸膏粉与乳糖的最佳比例为10∶4,休止角为36.11°,堆密度为0.62g· mL -1,临界相对湿度为63%。结论该成型工艺合理可行,适合于医院制剂的发展。
目的:探討艾可膠囊成型工藝。方法攷察不同輔料對浸膏粉吸濕性的影響,優選輔料併攷察混閤粉末的吸濕性、休止角、堆密度。結果艾可膠囊浸膏粉與乳糖的最佳比例為10∶4,休止角為36.11°,堆密度為0.62g· mL -1,臨界相對濕度為63%。結論該成型工藝閤理可行,適閤于醫院製劑的髮展。
목적:탐토애가효낭성형공예。방법고찰불동보료대침고분흡습성적영향,우선보료병고찰혼합분말적흡습성、휴지각、퇴밀도。결과애가효낭침고분여유당적최가비례위10∶4,휴지각위36.11°,퇴밀도위0.62g· mL -1,림계상대습도위63%。결론해성형공예합리가행,괄합우의원제제적발전。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the formulation procedure of Aike capsules.METHODS The influ-ence of different material to extract powder,hygroscopic,optimizing material and mixing the powder of hygroscopicity, Angle of repose and bulk density was investigated.RESULTS The optimal proportion of Aike capsules extract pow-der and lactose was 10∶4 with repose angle of 36.11°、pile density of 0.62g· mL-1 and the critical relative humidity of 63%.CONCLUSION The forming process is reasonable and feasible,suitable for the development of hospital preparations.
