IgA肾病（IgAN）是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，寻找能够用于IgA肾病的诊断、评估病情或判断预后的无创性生物标志物具有非常重要的经济和学术价值。近五年来关于 IgA 肾病相关尿液无创性生物标志物的研究进展较多，尤其是在足细胞成分、补体蛋白成分、RAS 相关蛋白和 miRNAs等方面。

IgA nephropathy (IgAN)is the most common primary glomerular disease.It′s of very important economic and academic value to find non-invasive biomarkers that can be used in the diagnosis, assessment,and prognosis of IgA nephropathy.In recent five years,the research on non-invasive urinary biomarkers associated with IgAN has made a remarkable progress,especially in podocytes,complement components,RAS-related proteins,and miRNAs.
