差示扫描量热仪( Differential Scanning Calorimeter, DSC)在测量高聚物的熔融、玻璃化转变温度等方面具有重要作用。国内一般采用GB/T 19466.3-2004中的方法来测定高聚物熔点,但此标准中并没有给出测量方法精密度,因此对DSC测量熔点的测量不确定度进行评定是非常必要的。本文通过DSC测定聚丙烯( Polypropylene, PP)熔点,讨论了测定过程中标准物质的标准值、样品均匀性以及仪器本身和重复测量等对测试结果的影响,并计算出DSC测定PP熔点的不确定度。

The Differential Scanning Calorimeter ( DSC ) plays a important role in the measurement of polymer in melting point, the glass transition temperature etc. The method of GB/T 19466. 3-2004 to determination of melting point of polymer is generally used. The precision of instrument analysis is not given in this standard. It is very important to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement of melting point by DSC. Melting point of PP had been measured by DSC, the reference material, the sample homogeneity, the instrument and the repeated measurement were discussed in affecting the test results. The measurement uncertainty of PP melting point by DSC had been evaluated.
