超声波下用四氯化碳对泥土中油类物质进行提取,提取时间45 min,提取温度15℃,按HJ 637-2012操作先测定泥土总提取物油类含量,而后将提取液用经处置的硅酸镁吸附,脱除动植物油等极性物质后即为石油类物质,再测定其含量,动植物油的含量按总提取物与石油类含量之差结果。采用超声波提取-红外分光光度法可测定泥土中油类的含量,方法相对标准偏差为2.70%~3.88%,回收率在91%~106%之间,符合环境监测的要求。

The oil material in the soil was extracted with carbon tetrachloride under ultrasonic wave, extraction time of 45 min, and extraction temperature of 15℃. According to the HJ 637-2012 operation, total extract soil oil content was first determined, and then extracted by adsorption of magnesium silicate disposal using liquid, polar material removal of animal and plant oil after the oil substance, after that the content of animal and vegetable oils was determined according to the difference of the results of total extracts and petroleum content. Content by ultrasonic extraction infrared spectrophotometry determination method of oil in soil, the relative standard deviation was 2. 70% ~3. 88%, the recovery rate was 91% ~106%, reached the requirements of environmental monitoring.
