目的:探讨冠心病患者血清胆红素水平改变意义。方法选择本:收治的45~65岁的冠心病患者共40例,作为冠心病组,同时选择健康者作为对照组。使用日立7600全自动生化分析仪,采用钒酸盐氧化法测定血中总胆红素和直接胆红素,计算间接胆红素。结果冠心病组血清总胆红素和间接胆红素明显高于对照组(<0.01),差异有统计学意义;冠心病组血清直接胆红素和对照组比较,差异没有统计学意义(>0.05)。结论冠心病患者的总胆红素和间接胆红素水平升高,有助于预测冠心病的发生发展和治疗效果。

목적:탐토관심병환자혈청담홍소수평개변의의。방법선택본:수치적45~65세적관심병환자공40례,작위관심병조,동시선택건강자작위대조조。사용일립7600전자동생화분석의,채용범산염양화법측정혈중총담홍소화직접담홍소,계산간접담홍소。결과관심병조혈청총담홍소화간접담홍소명현고우대조조(<0.01),차이유통계학의의;관심병조혈청직접담홍소화대조조비교,차이몰유통계학의의(>0.05)。결론관심병환자적총담홍소화간접담홍소수평승고,유조우예측관심병적발생발전화치료효과。
Objective To investigate the changes in serum levels in patients with coronary heart disease significance.Methods The hospital at the age of 45~65 total of 40 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease as a group, and healthy controls. Using a Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer, the determination of serum total bilirubin and direct bilirubin by vanadate oxidation method, the calculation of indirect bilirubin. Results The coronary heart disease group, the serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin was significantly higher than that of control group ( < 0.01), the dif erence was statistical y significant; coronary heart disease group, the serum direct bilirubin and the control group, the dif erence was not statistical y significant ( > 0.05). Conclusion The elevated in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels, contributes carcinogenesis in the prediction of coronary heart disease development and the therapeutic ef ect.
