采用文献资料和数据分析法,通过对中医药健康服务人才队伍现状的分析和未来需求的预测,发现中医药类专业毕业生从事中医药岗位的比例较低,中医药人才队伍不能完全适应中医药健康服务发展的需要等问题,并提出了相关政策建议,如加强政策引导,鼓励中医药类毕业生从事中医药相关工作;遵循教育规律,完善人力资源培养体系;拓展岗位,保证人力资源合理利用;完善政策,健全人力资源激励机制,以探索促进中医药健康服务人才队伍建设的有效途径,推动中医药健康服务可持续发展。
採用文獻資料和數據分析法,通過對中醫藥健康服務人纔隊伍現狀的分析和未來需求的預測,髮現中醫藥類專業畢業生從事中醫藥崗位的比例較低,中醫藥人纔隊伍不能完全適應中醫藥健康服務髮展的需要等問題,併提齣瞭相關政策建議,如加彊政策引導,鼓勵中醫藥類畢業生從事中醫藥相關工作;遵循教育規律,完善人力資源培養體繫;拓展崗位,保證人力資源閤理利用;完善政策,健全人力資源激勵機製,以探索促進中醫藥健康服務人纔隊伍建設的有效途徑,推動中醫藥健康服務可持續髮展。

By literature review and data analysis ,the current status and future demand of health care personnel of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed .The authors found that the graduates of traditional Chinese medicine rarely engaged in related work and the traditional Chinese medicine personnel could not adapt to the development of health services . Furthermore ,this paper put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of health service personnel of traditional Chinese medicine ,such as promoting policy guidance to encourage graduates pursue an occupation relates to traditional Chinese medicine;improving training system following the nature law of education;expanding the jobs to ensure the reasonable use of human resources ;and improving the policy of human resources to strengthen incentive mechanism of health services personnel team of traditional Chinese medicine .
