为验证稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔对冠心病室性心律失常的治疗效果和安全性，将128例冠心病室性心律失常患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别给予观察组稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗、对照组美托洛尔治疗。经4周的治疗后，对两组患者的治疗效果和出现的不良反应进行统计、比对和分析，结果表明观察组的治疗总有效率优于对照组（P＜0．05），不良反应发生率无差别（P＞0．05），故稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常具有较好的疗效，安全性高。

In order to validate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol on ventricular arrhythmia with coronary heart disease ,128 cases of ventricular arrhythmia with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .The observation group were given Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol for the treatment ,and the control group were given metoprolol for the treatment .After 4 weeks of treatment , the therapeutic effect and the adverse reactions of both groups of patients were analyzed and compared .The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0 .05) ,and the incidence of adverse reactions was no difference (P>0 .05) .Therefore ,Wenxin granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia with coronary heart disease has better curative effect and high safety .
