以我国生物医学领域中国科学院院士的SCI论文为研究对象，对其被引次数和期刊影响因子进行计量分析。结果显示，院士当选前后的被引次数和影响因子均为当选前高于当选后；人均和年人均SCI论文数，均为当选后高于当选前；高影响力论文的被引次数和影响因子当选前后无统计学差异。提示院士声誉对于发表SCI论文有一定帮助，当选前较重视高影响力期刊，当选后较重视高影响力论文，但持续贡献重要科学知识的变化不明显，反映出院士的成长成才环境也需要创新；生物医学期刊影响因子计算中被引次数应由2年延长为5年～10年。

This paper used citations and journal impact factors to analyze the quality of science citation index (SCI) papers written by Chinese academicians in biomedical domain .The results showed that citations and journal impact factors before election were statistically different from those after election ,with the former higher than latter ,but per capita and annual per capita after election were higher than those before election ,high‐impact papers’ citations and impact factors did not have significant difference before and after selection .It indicated that the reputation was helpful for publishing SCI papers , they attached importance to high‐impact journals before selection ,but high‐impact papers after selection .The continuous contribution of important scientific knowledge was not obvious ,it indicated that the growing environment of academicians needed to be innovated .2‐year time span for the calculation of journal impact factors should be prolonged to 5~10 years in biomedical domain .
