建立HPLC法测定饲料中组胺含量不确定度评定方法。通过建立其数学模型,归纳出不确定度的主要来源,形成不确定度评定程序和方法,经量化和合成得到相对标准不确定度,从而求得扩展不确定度。当组胺含量为0.5 mg/kg时,相对标准不确定度为0.044,扩展不确定度为0.044 mg/kg(k=2)。本方法可用于HPLC法测定饲料中组胺含量的不确定度分析,使测定结果更加可靠。

To establish the uncertainty assessment method for the determination of histamine in animal-derived feeds by HPLC analysis, the main sources of measurement uncertainty were summarized, the mathematical model and a procedure for uncertainty evaluation were established. A relative standard uncertainty was obtained after calculating and synthesizing various uncertainty components and expanded. When histamine was determined to be 0. 5 mg/kg in feeds, the relative standard uncertainty for the determination was 0. 044 , and the expanded uncertainty was 0. 044 mg/kg ( k=2 ) . This method can be used for the uncertainty assessment method for the determination of histamine in feeds by HPLC analysis and make the results more reliable.
