免疫系统识别“自我”和“非我”的理论是免疫学的基石之一。近年来，著名的免疫理论学家M atzinger认为机体免疫系统主要是通过识别“危险信号”来执行其功能的，并提出了“危险模式”学说。危险模式涉及到免疫起源问题，打破了新生期耐受理论，同时对肿瘤、移植、自身免疫反应等多个领域做了较圆满的解释，但该学说在解释某些现象时仍存在一些缺陷。针对该学说目前存在的一些缺陷，分析了人们在运用该学说解释某些免疫现象时存在的一些问题，进而提出了运用辩证的眼光来看待和完善该学说缺陷的一种新的思路。

The self‐non‐self theory of immune recognition system is one of the cornerstones of immunology .In recent years , the danger theory by Matzinger ,a world‐famous immune theorist ,has attracted great attention .The main idea of this theory is immune responses are triggered by “danger signals” .It involves the immune origin ,pulls down the neonatal tolerance theory and perfectly explains tumor ,transplantation and autoimmune reactions .However ,it still has a few of deficiency in explaining some phenomena of immune responses .Directing at the flaws ,the article reviewed this theory from a new dialectically perspective for the sake of conducting further studies .
