对废薄膜晶体管液晶显示器( TFT-LCD)的拆解及预处理的目的、原则和方法进行了初步的探讨。针对玻璃面板的处理,制定两种实验方案,并作了比较和分析。结果表明,预处理方案二工艺流程简单,使用丙酮的量少,节约时间且有利于环保。

The objective, principle and methods of dismantling and pretreatment of wasted thin film transistor liquid crystal ( TFT-LCD) displays were discussed. Two kinds of experimental scheme of the pretreatment for glass panel, as well as comparison and analysis, were made. The results showed that the technological process of the second pretreatment scheme was simple and the amount of acetone used was less. In addition, the time was saved and it was beneficial to environmental protection for the second pretreatment scheme.
