通过对木棉花总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,进行单因素和正交试验设计,以乙醇溶液为提取剂,采用超声波法提取木棉花中的总黄酮。结果表明,正交试验设计得到木棉花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为体积分数60%的乙醇溶液作提取溶剂,料液比115,提取时间为20 min,颗粒度为80目,此时总黄酮含量最高,为4.8508 mg/g。

To optimize extraction method and extraction technique of total flavonoids from Gossampinus malabaria, effects of different conditions including extraction temperature, ethanol concentration and exteaction time on extraction efficiency were studied by using single factor and oerhogonal experimental design. Total flavonoids were extracted from Gossampinus malabaria by ultrasonic wave method using alcohol. The results showed that using alcohol with 60% volume fraction as extractant, material liquid ratio was 115, extraction time for 20 min, granularity was 80 mesh, the flavonoids content was highest, 4. 8508 mg/g.
