以广州康艺9000点钞机为研究对象,搭建一种能清晰显示走钞机构的滚轮轴速度试验平台。滚轮轴速度是由增量式光电编码器测量,逻辑分析仪采集和记录,Matlab精确绘制。该方法可对走钞滚轮轴转速进行实时测定,并精确显示放钞后转速的变化。为达到高精度测速目的,通过设计、安装编码器固定支架以及采用弹性联轴器、三轴微调平台等减振措施来降低振动影响,设置滚轮组间不同的压力,显示过钞时滚轮轴的速度情况,试验结果清晰显示出放钞时点钞机走钞机构滚轮轴速度明显下降,并且随着滚轮组间压力的增大,纸币通过滚轮组时滚轮轴的速度陡变也越大。

Taking Guangzhou Kang Yi 9000 as the research object,a test platform which can clearly display speed of the roller shaft in the banknote running mechanism is built. Speed of the roller shaft is detected by photoelectric incremental encod?er,collected and recorded by the logic analyzer,and accurate velocity value is drawn with Matlab software. This method is used to determine the roller shaft speed in real time and display the rotate speed. In order to test the speed accurately and minimize the influence of vibration,some measures of installing the encoder fixed bracket,adopting a flexible coupling and three axis fine tuning platform were taken. The test results show the banknote counting machine’s roller shaft speed has obvious change be?fore and after roller group is loaded with banknotes.
