MLX90614具有体积小、测温范围宽、高精度、无接触测量等优点,在此提出一种基于MLX90614非接触式母线测温开关柜在线监测预警系统,其采用MLX90614BCI红外传感器模块测量开关柜母线温度,再利用ZigBee无线通信方式将温度数据传递至本地终端。经过实践测试表明,该测温点终端能准确测量母线温度,同时将该温度反馈到本地开关柜终端,通过校正红外发射率进行温度校正的方法,可使测温精度达到±0.5%,能够实现对开关柜母线温度的高精确温度测量和预警,并且能对柜内母线温度异常位置进行准确定位,便于故障状态检修,提高了开关柜运行的可靠性,保障了开关柜系统的安全。

MLX90614 has the advantages of small size,over wide temperature measuring range,high accuracy,non?con?tact measurement and so on. A MLX90614?based non?contact online temperature monitoring system for switch cabinet busbar is proposed in this article. The solution that uses the MLX90614BCI IR sensor module to measure the temperature of switch cabi?net busbar,and then sends the temperature data to local terminal by ZigBee wireless technology is described briefly. The test and actual application results show that the temperature measuring point terminal can measure the temperature of busbar accu?rately and feed back to the local switch cabinet terminal. The accuracy of its temperature measurement can reach ± 0.5% by means of the temperature correction method of adjusting infrared emissivity. The system can achieve the high?accuracy tempera?ture measurement and early warning for the switch cabinet busbar,and can conduct the accurate location of abnormal tempera?ture of busbar in switch cabinet,which makes troubleshoot and maintenance of equipment more easy. Anyway,it improved reli?ability of switch cabinet operation and guarantee safety of the switch cabinet system.
