在简要介绍探测传感器发展趋势基础上,分析了目前探测传感器精度评估和基准获取方法,并探讨该基准获取方法的原理误差,提出利用蒙特卡洛方法对探测传感器基准误差进行分析的方法,并利用该方法对探测传感器的精度水平、影响因素、坐标不重合等情况进行了仿真分析。仿真结果为探测传感器精度评估方法提供了理论依据,对未来探测传感器基准获取技术的改进具有指导意义。
在簡要介紹探測傳感器髮展趨勢基礎上,分析瞭目前探測傳感器精度評估和基準穫取方法,併探討該基準穫取方法的原理誤差,提齣利用矇特卡洛方法對探測傳感器基準誤差進行分析的方法,併利用該方法對探測傳感器的精度水平、影響因素、坐標不重閤等情況進行瞭倣真分析。倣真結果為探測傳感器精度評估方法提供瞭理論依據,對未來探測傳感器基準穫取技術的改進具有指導意義。

Based on the brief introduction of the acquisition sensor’s development tendency,the available accuracy evalua?tion and reference acquirement methods of the acquisition sensor are analyzed. The principle error of the reference acquirement method is discussed. A method of analyzing the acquisition sensor’s reference error using Monte?Carlo method is put forward, with which the acquisition sensor’s accuracy level,influence factors and coordinates misalignment are simulated and analyzed. The simulation result shows that the method provides theoretical basis for acquisition sensor’s accuracy evaluation. It is signifi?cant for further improvement of the acquisition sensor’s reference acquirement technology.
