2-吲哚酮又被称做“羟吲哚”是一种含氮的芳香杂环生物碱，许多天然化合物的结构中都含有吲哚酮结构。因其衍生物具有良好的生物活性，在靶向抗肿瘤药物领域备受关注。本文对近年来已上市的具有2-吲哚酮结构的药物和目前已报道的具有一定抗癌活性的吲哚酮类衍生物进行了综述，并对2-吲哚酮类化合物未来在靶向抗肿瘤研究领域中的发展前景进行了展望。

2-Indolinone is a kind of aromatic heterocyclic alkaloids with nitrogen which is also called oxindole. It is widely existing in most of natural compound. Oxindole has been got attentions in target anticancer area for its nice biological activity. The compounds which had structure of 2-indolinone and anticancer indole derivatives which had been publishing reported in recent years were generally described and showed the future study of 2-indolinone for target anti-cancer area.
