许多研究证实,氧化应激是 OSAHS 和2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)的共同病理生理过程,其可能在 OSAHS 并发 T2DM 的发生和病情进展中发挥重要作用。给予 OSAHS 合并 T2DM患者持续气道正压通气治疗,可改善患者缺氧状态,抑制其体内的氧化应激反应,对防治 T2DM 及其并发症的发生具有良好的效果。
許多研究證實,氧化應激是 OSAHS 和2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)的共同病理生理過程,其可能在 OSAHS 併髮 T2DM 的髮生和病情進展中髮揮重要作用。給予 OSAHS 閤併 T2DM患者持續氣道正壓通氣治療,可改善患者缺氧狀態,抑製其體內的氧化應激反應,對防治 T2DM 及其併髮癥的髮生具有良好的效果。

Many studies have confirmed that oxidative stress is the common pathophysiological process of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and type 2 diabetes (T2DM).Oxidative stress may be involved in the occurrence and development of OSAHS and T2DM.Continuous positive airway pressure treatment can improve the anoxic state and inhibit oxidative stress in the body,which maybe have good effects for the patients with OSAHS complicated with T2DM.
