硬质合金零件的失效主要在于其表面的损耗,采用表面改性技术可以有效减少硬质合金零件的表面损耗。综述了表面涂层技术、离子注入技术、载能束辐照技术等表面改性技术在硬质合金表面强化方面的研究现状,并展望了硬质合金表面改性技术的发展趋势。
硬質閤金零件的失效主要在于其錶麵的損耗,採用錶麵改性技術可以有效減少硬質閤金零件的錶麵損耗。綜述瞭錶麵塗層技術、離子註入技術、載能束輻照技術等錶麵改性技術在硬質閤金錶麵彊化方麵的研究現狀,併展望瞭硬質閤金錶麵改性技術的髮展趨勢。

Surface modification technology is an effective approach to resolving surface failure of the ce-mented carbide components, which mainly results from the wear and loss of their surface layers.In this paper, the research on modification technologies used for cemented carbides, such as surface coating technology, ion implantation and irradiation technology, was reviewed, and the development of surface modification technology used for cemented carbides was also prospected.
