目的分析2型糖尿病并发肺栓塞的相关因素。方法回顾分析尸检病例中2型糖尿病合并肺栓塞的病例的临床及病理资料。结果56例尸检肺栓塞病例中有12例为2型糖尿病合并肺栓塞,占21.4%。其中6例肺栓塞部位位于肺动脉主干,1例广泛累及主干及中小动脉,6例位于中小动脉。其中有7例找到其他部位的血栓形成。结论糖尿病可能是肺栓塞的重要危险因素。合并糖尿病的肺栓塞患者其栓塞部位多见于肺中小血管,多数能找到其他深在部位的血栓形成,提示糖尿病患者伴发肺栓塞可能源于肺中小动脉的原位血栓形成。

Objective To analyze the correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and pulmonary embolism. Method Retrospective analysis of clinical and pathological characteristics of type 2 diabetes mellitus with pulmonary embol-ism in autopsy samples. Result There are 12 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus in 56 cases of pulmonary embolism. 6 cases of them are located at pulmonary artery, 1 of the 6 extensively involves in pulmonary artery and small and medium arteries of lung, and the rest are located at small and medium arteries of lung. Thrombosis in other sites can be found in 7 cases of them. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus may be an important risk factor of pulmonary embolism. The thrombosis are mainly located in small and medium arteries of lung in cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with pul-monary embolism, and most of the cases contain thrombosis in other sites, which suggests that embolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus may be originated from in situ thrombosis of small and medium arteries of lung.
