目的对四项目瘙痒量表进行汉化并探索其在尿毒症患者中的适用性.方法征得原作者同意后,将四项目瘙痒量表进行翻译与回译,确定中文译本,将其应用于221例尿毒症患者进行信效度检测.结果中文版四项目瘙痒量表共4个条目,在尿毒症患者中检测Cronbachα系数为0.811,各条目与总分的相关系数为0.690～0.923,各条目间相关系数为0.449～0.702.20例患者1周后复测,2次测量的四项目瘙痒量表总分相关系数为0.987,P＜0.05.四项目瘙痒量表总分与校标可视模拟评分总分呈正相关,相关系数为0.968,P＜0.05.KMO检验值为0.776,球形Bartlett检验x2=377.12,P＜ 0.05.按特征值＞1的标准提取1个公因子,其解释方差为67.804％.结论中文版四项目瘙痒量表在尿毒症患者中应用具有良好的信效度,可以作为评价瘙痒的客观工具.

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of the four-item scale about pruitus,and explore its applicability in domestic uremic patients.Methods With the consent of the original author,the four-item scale about pruitus was translated and also back-translated to set up Chinese version.Chinese version of the four-item scales about pruitus was applied in 221 cases of uremic patients and the reliability and validity were tested.Results Chinese version of the four-item scale about pruitus was detected in uremic patients,and cronbach α coefficient was 0.811,the correlation coefficient between each item and the total score was 0.690-0.923,the correlation coefficient within each item was 0.449-0.702.The retest was done in 20 patients one week later,the general correlation coefficient was 0.987 (P ＜ 0.05) between two measurements.The total scores of the four-item scale about pruitus was positively correlated with VAS scores,r=0.968,P ＜ 0.05.KMO test value was 0.776,and the spherical Bartlett testx2=377.12,P ＜ 0.05.The explained variance was 67.804％ according to eigenvalues＞ 1 standard and extract a common factor.Conclusion The Chinese version of the four-item scale about pruitus has good reliability and validity,it can be used as an objective tool for evaluating pruitus in uremic patients.
