过敏性紫癜是儿童时期最常见的系统性血管炎,其确切病因及发病机制尚不明确.已有研究表明,氧化应激在风湿免疫性疾病及肾小球疾病发病及病理损伤过程中起重要作用,但氧化应激在儿童过敏性紫癜发病及病理损伤过程中的作用国内外关注较少.该文就机体氧化应激的产生、过敏性紫癜发病及病理损伤过程中活性氧的来源、氧化系统及抗氧化系统改变,以及氧化应激与IgA1异常糖基化之间可能存在的关系等进行综述.
過敏性紫癜是兒童時期最常見的繫統性血管炎,其確切病因及髮病機製尚不明確.已有研究錶明,氧化應激在風濕免疫性疾病及腎小毬疾病髮病及病理損傷過程中起重要作用,但氧化應激在兒童過敏性紫癜髮病及病理損傷過程中的作用國內外關註較少.該文就機體氧化應激的產生、過敏性紫癜髮病及病理損傷過程中活性氧的來源、氧化繫統及抗氧化繫統改變,以及氧化應激與IgA1異常糖基化之間可能存在的關繫等進行綜述.

Henoch-Schonlein purpura is the most common systemic vasculitis in childhood,and its exact etiology and pathogenesis is not clear.Studies have shown that oxidative stress plays an important role in rheumatic autoimmune diseases and pathogenesis and pathological damage process of glomerular diseases.However,the home and abroad have less attention to the role of oxidative stress induced pathological and pathology injury processes in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.This paper reviewes that generation of oxidative stress,the source of reactive oxygen species produced by Henoch-Schonlein purpura and pathological damage,the change of the oxidation systems and antioxidant systems,and the relationship between oxidative stress and aberrant glycosylation IgA1.
