目的：探讨肺炎支原体感染引起的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)与细胞因子的相关性。方法选择61例入住泰安市中心医院儿科的 MPP 患儿作为实验组，其中重症27例，轻症34例。另选取同期年龄、性别相匹配的正常体检儿童37名为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法对两组小儿血清 IL-15、IL-17进行检测。比较重症组、轻症组及对照组血清 IL-15、IL-17水平，重症组与轻症组急性期及恢复期患儿血清 IL-15、IL-17水平。结果①重症组血清 IL-17与 IL-15水平均高于轻症组及对照组(P <0.05)，且轻症组血清上述指标水平均高于对照组(P <0.05)；②重症组急性期患者血清 IL-17及 IL-15水平均高于恢复期与对照组(P <0.05)；③MPP 重症组急性期及恢复期 IL-17及 IL-15水平均高于轻症组(P <0.05)。结论 MPP 患儿发病严重程度随着 IL-15及 IL-17水平的上升而增大，二者可作为评判 MPP 患儿病情严重程度的指标。
목적：탐토폐염지원체감염인기적소인폐염지원체폐염(MPP)여세포인자적상관성。방법선택61례입주태안시중심의원인과적 MPP 환인작위실험조，기중중증27례，경증34례。령선취동기년령、성별상필배적정상체검인동37명위대조조。채용매련면역흡부법대량조소인혈청 IL-15、IL-17진행검측。비교중증조、경증조급대조조혈청 IL-15、IL-17수평，중증조여경증조급성기급회복기환인혈청 IL-15、IL-17수평。결과①중증조혈청 IL-17여 IL-15수평균고우경증조급대조조(P <0.05)，차경증조혈청상술지표수평균고우대조조(P <0.05)；②중증조급성기환자혈청 IL-17급 IL-15수평균고우회복기여대조조(P <0.05)；③MPP 중증조급성기급회복기 IL-17급 IL-15수평균고우경증조(P <0.05)。결론 MPP 환인발병엄중정도수착 IL-15급 IL-17수평적상승이증대，이자가작위평판 MPP 환인병정엄중정도적지표。
Objective To investigate the correlation of children patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP)and cytokine.Methods 61 cases of MPP children in Taian Central Hospital were selected as the experimental group,including 27 cases of severe patients and 34 cases of mild patients.Additionally,37 cases of healthy children who were given physical examination were selected as the control group.The levels of serum interleukin-1 5 (IL-1 5 )and IL-1 7 of the two groups were detected by ELISA method.The levels of serum IL-1 5 and IL-1 7 were compared among severe group,mild group,and control group.The serum IL-1 5 and IL-1 7 levels of acute and convalescent period were compared between severe group and mild group.Results ①The levels of serum IL-1 7 and IL-1 5 in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group and control group (P <0.05),and the levels of above indexes in mild group were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05 ).② The levels of serum IL-1 7 and IL-1 5 during acute period of severe group were significantly higher than those in the recovery and control group (P < 0.05 ).③ The levels of serum IL-1 7 and IL-1 5 during acute and convalescent period in MPP severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group (P <0.05). Conclusions The severity of MPP increases as IL-1 5 and IL-1 7 levels rise,both of which can be used as the MPP judging severity indexes.
