通过实验研究不同反应条件下合成的酚醛树脂的理化性能,得出随着反应温度升高、时间延长和催化剂用量的增加,酚醛树脂的黏度、固含量、羟甲基指数逐渐增加,而树脂中游离甲醛、游离苯酚逐渐减少;树脂发泡最好的合成条件是20%的催化剂溶液20 g,反应温度75℃,反应时间3 h,其各项性能指标是:黏度为2250 mPa·s,固含量为76.5%,pH值为8.19,游离甲醛含量为1.73%,游离苯酚含量为8.89%,凝胶时间为28.76 s,羟甲基指数为1.51。

Through the experimental study of the physical and chemical properties of the phenol formaldehyde resin which was compounded under different reaction conditions, it was found that the viscosity, solids content and hydroxyl-methyl index of the phenol formaldehyde resin gradually increased with the rise of the reaction temperature, the time extension and the increase of the dosage of catalyst, and the free formaldehyde and free phenol in phenol formaldehyde resin decreased;the best synthesis conditions for the resin foaming were 20 g catalyst solution of 20% content, the reaction temperature of 75 ℃ and the reaction time of 3 h, the performance indicators of the resin were the viscosity of 2 250 mPa·s, the solids content of 76. 5%, the pH value of 8. 19, the free formaldehyde content of 1. 73%, the free phenol content of 8. 89%, the gel time of 28. 76 s and the hydroxyl-methyl index of 1. 51.
