针对神华国能集团某600MW火电机组喷氨不均匀的问题,进行脱硝喷氨调整优化试验,阐述喷氨调平试验的相关步骤:粗调喷氨支管手动阀,掌握开度变化对喷氨流量的影响程度,微调手动阀。同时适当调整控制方式,将 SCR出口氨逃逸降至最低。该试验既减少了喷氨量,又保护了下游设备的运行安全。

Based on the issue of ammonia injection unsymmetrical in a 600MW unit of Coal-fired power plant Shenhua Guoneng Group , the adjustment and optimization test of ammonia of denitrification system is conducted . Main steps of ammonia injection optimization adjustment are as follows: commissioning the manual ammonia injection valve , be familiar with the influence of valve opening on the flow of ammonia injection , fine adjustment manual valve; at the same time , regulate the control manner and reduce the ammonia injection at the lowest degree . This test can reduce the ammonia injection quantity as well as protect the operation safety of downstream equipment .
