对于现代造船业,焊接技术已成为核心技术,焊接的质量对船舶质量影响巨大。近年来随着科技日新月异,船舶焊接技术也不断优化,如何控制焊接中的常见缺陷,已成为目前造船业最重要的研究课题。文章中对船舶焊接中的常见缺陷做了分析和研究,结合理论和实践一一剖析了缺陷形成的原因,并提出了一些防治措施。

Welding technology has been the core technology for modern shipbuilding industry . The quality of welding has a significant influence on shipbuilding . In recent years with the development of science and technology change rapidly , the technology of ship welding also optimize constantly . How to control the common defects of welding has been the most important researching topic of shipbuilding industry at present . In this article there is some research and analysis for the common defects in ship welding . In addition we try to find the reasons of those common defects , and introduce some prevention scheme .
