本文以企业曲轴锻模检测为例,根据锻模修复的技术要求,采用 Handyscan 三维激光扫描仪对曲轴锻模零件进行扫描得到三维点云数据,利用逆向造型软件 Geomagic studio 软件对点云进行数据处理;应用Geomagic Qualify软件把三维测量模型与原始设计模型进行尺寸对比与偏差分析。结果表明,该方法操作简单实用,满足了曲轴锻模检测的尺寸精度要求,在锻模修复加工方面具有较好的推广应用价值。

According to the requirement of die repair technology , this paper takes the crankshaft forging die detection as an example , and the three-dimensional point cloud data of the part is obtained by using Laser 3D scanning technology , which is processed later by reverse engineering software such as Geomagic studio . Then , Geomagic Qualify software is used to make a comparative study of 3D measurement model and the original design model in order to analyze the size deviation detection of crankshaft forging die . The results show that this method can meet the requirements of the dimension precision of crankshaft forging die repair , which has good popularization and application value in the forging die repair processing.
