为更好地对由原材料供应商、制造商和配送中心组成的供应链网络进行优化,结合不同原材料的价格、碳排放差异以及供应商的地理位置差异,综合考虑由原材料的价格和碳排放差异所引起的产品替代,以提高供应链网络的经济绩效和环境绩效为目标,建立一个双目标混合整数非线性规划模型。通过对算例的求解分析,分别探讨替代原材料的供应商个数、原材料替代率和目标函数的权重对供应链网络绩效的影响。结果表明,原材料替代率提高以及替代原材料的供应商个数的增加有助于提高供应链网络绩效。

In order to effectively optimize the supply chain network that consists of raw material suppliers, manufacturers and distribution centers,a bi-objective mixed integer nonlinear programming model is pro-posed considering the difference of price,carbon emission and supplier location of raw materials,where the product substitution resulting from the difference of raw material price and carbon emission is consid-ered. The objective of the model is to enhance the economic performance and environmental performance of the supply chain network. An example is given to investigate the impact of the number of suppliers with substitute raw materials,the substitution rate of raw materials and the weights of the objective functions on the performance of the supply chain network. The result shows that the increase of the raw material substitute rate and the number of suppliers with substitute raw material can improve the supply chain net-work performance.
