白象山铁矿在主、副、风井贯通后,存在地温高、通风距离长、多水平同时施工、点多面广、供风量不足、通风系统不稳定等难题。通过合理地构筑通风设施,进行有效地增阻调整风量分配,选用安装大功率抽风机,形成合理稳定的全风压机械通风系统,增加了各采、掘工作面及硐室的供风量、降低了井下温度、改善了井下作业环境,为矿井安全生产提供了技术保障。

After connecting the main, vice, air shaft of BaiXiangshan iron mine, has high formation temperature, ventilation of long distance, multi level construction at the same time, the insufifciency of air supply, ventilation system instability and other problems. Through constructing the reasonable ventilation facilities, effectively increasing resistance to adjust the air distribution, selecting and installing the high power fan, formed a reasonable and stable full wind press mechanical ventilation system, which increase the mining, tunneling working face and the chamber for air volume, reduce the downhole temperature, improve the working environment, and provide technical support for the safety in production of coal mine.
