通过对滇重楼有性繁殖技术的实践开展，从滇重楼生物学特性、采种母株选择、采种母株的管理、人工授粉方法、授粉节点时间选择、种子成熟期的界定、育苗地选址要求、育苗地整地、种子处理、播种方法、田间管理等一系列细节性农事操作措施，初步提出适宜农村滇重楼种子育苗繁育的实用技术，从种子采收时间、种子消毒方法、土壤除虫方法、播种方法（播种时间、覆土厚度、松针覆盖）、田间管理等一系列措施，提出适度遵循滇重楼种子育苗生长发育特征的实用滇重楼种子育苗实用技术。

The study carried out from sexual reproduction technology of Paris polyphyllavar.Initially proposed the practical tech-nology which suitable for Paris polyphyllavar seeds’seedling breeding by the detailed farming measures such as the biological charac-teristics Paris polyphyllavar,the mother plant seed selection,seed mother plant management,artificial pollination,pollination node timing,defined seed maturity,nursery siting requirements,nursery soil preparation,seed treatment,sowing method,field management and so on,and proposed the practical nursery technology which suitable for the Growth and development characteristics of Paris polyphyllavar by the measures such as the harvest time of seeds,seed disinfection methods,soil disinfestation methods,sowing meth-ods (sowing time,Futuhoudu,pine needles coverage),field management and so on.
