“有教无类”教育理念主张教育公平，包容个体差异，关注人的发展，适宜当前高职院校的教育理念。应该建立平等互信的师生关系，运用科学有效的育人方式，全方位提升教师的能力水平，采用与时俱进、常教常新的教育方法，因材施教，因人而异，实现人人成才。
