“有教无类”教育理念主张教育公平,包容个体差异,关注人的发展,适宜当前高职院校的教育理念。应该建立平等互信的师生关系,运用科学有效的育人方式,全方位提升教师的能力水平,采用与时俱进、常教常新的教育方法,因材施教,因人而异,实现人人成才。
“有教無類”教育理唸主張教育公平,包容箇體差異,關註人的髮展,適宜噹前高職院校的教育理唸。應該建立平等互信的師生關繫,運用科學有效的育人方式,全方位提升教師的能力水平,採用與時俱進、常教常新的教育方法,因材施教,因人而異,實現人人成纔。
“유교무류”교육이념주장교육공평,포용개체차이,관주인적발전,괄의당전고직원교적교육이념。응해건립평등호신적사생관계,운용과학유효적육인방식,전방위제승교사적능력수평,채용여시구진、상교상신적교육방법,인재시교,인인이이,실현인인성재。
"make no social distinctions in teaching"education advocates the education fair, inclusive of individ?ual differences, focus on human development, is suitable for the current higher vocational education. To establish equality and mutual trust relationship between teachers and students, the teaching methods, scientific and effec?tive to enhance teachers' ability to keep pace with the times, the ordinary education method, new often teach stu?dents in accordance with their aptitude, and the appropriate person, realize all talent.
