基于在一对齿轮的接触啮合及其冲击的动力学方程,通过调整核函数影响半径提出了一对齿轮正确啮合和相互耦合接触的 SPH 计算方法,编程实现了正确啮合一对齿轮模型离散成 SPH 粒子的 SPH 前处理程序建立了一对啮合齿轮的 SPH 离散模型并改变工况下进行了啮合冲击过程的动态数值仿真,分析了一对齿轮冲击啮合过程中的最大动应力随时间的变化规律和齿廓面上动应力的分布及变化过程,对比探讨了啮合冲击过程中的动应力传播及接触区域附近的接触动应力分布和变化过程。对齿轮传动系统的动态接触强度评价和优化设计提供新的 SPH 数值算法。

Based on the kinetic equations of a pair of gears under contact meshing and corresponding impact,a smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH)method was developed to simulate the proper meshing and coupling contact of gears by adjusting the influence radius of kernel function.SPH pre-processor program was compiled to build a model of correct meshing of gears,and the dynamic numerical simulation was carried out with considering the meshing impact process of gears in different conditions.The maximum dynamic stress changing with time under the impact between two meshing gears and the distribution and changing process of dynamic stresses on tooth-profile surface were analyzed.The dynamics stress propagation in the meshing impact process,the dynamic contact stresses distribution and its changing process in the vicinty of contact area were discussed.The paper provides the an effective new SPH numerical algorithm to dynamic contact strength evaluation and optimization design of gear transmission system.
