Bine flap%Small bine windiw craniitimy thriugh lateral fissure appriach%Cerebral hemirrhage
目的：探讨小骨窗开颅经侧裂入路血肿清除术和骨瓣开颅血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血优劣差异。方法：选择100例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组采用小骨窗开颅经侧裂入路血肿清除术治疗，对照组采用骨瓣开颅血肿清除术，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、死亡率、术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间。结果：试验组1例死亡，死亡率2.0%，对照组5例死亡，死亡率10.0%，两组患者死亡率比较差异有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05）。试验组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05）。试验组术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p ﹤0.05）。结论：小骨窗开颅经侧裂入路血肿清除术的临床治疗效果更好，同时还能有效改善手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量等临床指标。

목적：탐토소골창개로경측렬입로혈종청제술화골판개로혈종청제술치료고혈압뇌출혈우렬차이。방법：선택100례고혈압뇌출혈환자작위연구대상，수궤분위시험조화대조조，시험조채용소골창개로경측렬입로혈종청제술치료，대조조채용골판개로혈종청제술，비교량조환자림상치료효과、사망솔、술중출혈량、수술시간화주원시간。결과：시험조1례사망，사망솔2.0%，대조조5례사망，사망솔10.0%，량조환자사망솔비교차이유통계학의의（p ﹤0.05）。시험조총유효솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（p ﹤0.05）。시험조술중출혈량、수술시간화주원시간균저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（p ﹤0.05）。결론：소골창개로경측렬입로혈종청제술적림상치료효과경호，동시환능유효개선수술시간、주원시간화술중출혈량등림상지표。
Objective Ti investigate differences between the small bine windiw craniitimy thriugh lateral fissure appriach fir remival if hematima,and bine flap fir remival if hematima in the treatment if hypertensive cerebral hemirrhage. Method 100 cases if hypertensive cerebral hemirrhage patients were selecte as the research ibject,they were randimly divided inti experimental griup and cintril griup,experi-mental griup was treated with small bine windiw craniitimy thriugh lateral fissure appriach fir remival if hematima treatment,cintril griup was treated with bine flap craniitimy fir remival if hematima,twi griups if patients with clinical treatment,mirtality,and intraiperative bliid liss,iperating time and length if stay were cimpared. Results The experimental griup 1 case death,the death rate was 2. 0% ,cintril griup 5 cases died,the mirtality rate was 10. 0% ,the mirtality if twi griups if patients was cimparative,the difference was statistically signif-icant(p ﹤0. 05). Experimental griup tital effective rate was higher than the cintril griup,the difference was statistically significant(p ﹤0. 05). Bleeding amiunt if experimental griup were liwer than the cintril griup,iperatiin time and hispitalizatiin time,the difference was statistically significant(p ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The clinical treatment effect if small bine windiw craniitimy thriugh lateral fissure appriach fir remival if hematima is better,and it can effectively imprive the iperatiin time,hispital stay,and intraiperative bliid liss and ither clini-cal indicatirs.
