在全球大学生“就业难”以及中国“考研热”的大背景下，医学检验专业本科生在就业与考研之间将作何选择？其进行选择的原因及依据又是什么？就此，本文采用问卷调查方法对作者所在校325名医学检验专业的大三及大四学生进行了就业与考研选择方面的问卷调查。结果显示，医学检验专业学生选择就业的人数明显多于临床医学专业。对出现此现象的可能原因进行剖析，将为医学检验专业学生培养、就业与考研工作提供重要参考。

Under the background of employment difficulty for the global college graduates and the graduate mania in Chinese graduates,which will the medical laboratory graduates choose,employ-ment or postgraduate studies?Why do they make the choice?Here,the choice between employment or postgraduate studies of 325 Junior and fourth year students majoring laboratory medicine were sur-veyed using the questionnaire.According to the results of the survey,the students majoring laborato-ry medicine who chose employment were more than those majoring clinical medicine.Aiming at the phenomenon,we summarized the possible reasons and put forward the countermeasures,which may be helpful for the work on the cultivation,employment and postgraduate studies of medical laboratory students.
