在社会开放潮流中，校园文化中家长、社区影响力逐渐渗透进入，教师专业面临诸多不同面向的检验与新的冲击。学生形成个体不良行为习惯及心理症结，从而严重影响了学业。本文认为，充分利用家长开放日等有效的平台载体，为师生、家长与学校、家长与学生之间良好沟通搭建起桥梁，便于指导家长积极参与学校的管理，帮助学生克服心理障碍，进而实现学生快乐生活，学校文化和谐，教学品质显著提升的目标。

In the trend of social openness, the influence of parents and communities has gradually infiltrated into campus culture, and teachers are facing tests and new challenges from different aspects. Students' bad habits and psychological disorders have severely affected their academic performance. This paper holds that the full application of the open day for parents as an effective platform and carrier to build an effective bridge for communica-tions between teachers and students, parents and the school, par-ents and students, enables parents to actively participate in school management, and help students overcome their psycho-logical disorders, thus realizing the objectives of students' happy living, the school's cultural harmony, and the significant im-provement of teaching quality.
